PU Panel Manufacturing Systems

As part of the portfolio of products offered through the alliance with the German firm HENNECKE GmbH, ITURROSPE designs and manufactures facilities for the production of discontinuous insulating panels with polyurethane foam.

We have three main panels production lines:

• Production line for long panels (1 + 1 presses and 2 + 2 presses).
• Cell of high production of panels of reduced length (5 panels per pressing)
• Cell of production of panels of short length ECO CELL model (2 panels per pressing).

As our company is the designer and manufacturer, the facilities are adapted to the dimensions of panels requested by the client.

We also manufacture facilities in special sizes and large dimensions up to 18,000 x 3,500 mm
